We will have to wait for at least four to five months for the Galaxy S25 Ultra to be released. Samsung is likely to launch the phone in January or February 2025.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra was priced at $1,199 (roughly Rs. 160,000). A year later, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which was released, was priced at $100 more, i.e. $1,299 (roughly Rs. 100,000).
Since the S25 has a new generation chipset, its price is expected to be higher. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also expects the price of this phone to be relatively high.

The Galaxy S24 series has a 6.8-inch display. However, the S25 series is said to have a larger display, i.e. 6.86 inches. The S24 is slightly larger than the Ultra. However, before the 6.9-inch iPhone 16 Pro Max, the S25 display is slightly smaller.
The width of the S25 Ultra is said to be 77.6mm. The width of the S24 is 79mm. Similarly, the S25 Ultra is said to have rounded corners. Samsung has been making square-cornered models since the S22 Ultra.
Galaxy S25 Ultra and S24 Ultra cameras
The S24 Ultra has a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
In the S25 series, the ultra-wide lens will be increased from 12MP to 50MP. It will have a 200MP main camera, a 12MP selfie camera, and a 50MP telephoto camera.
The focal lens is said to be increased up to four to five times in this phone.

The use of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset made the Galaxy S24 Ultra very impressive. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will use the 8th generation 4 chipset. However, Qualcomm has already confirmed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen will be released on October 4. As a result, it is very likely that the S25 Ultra will have this chip in 2025.
However, the initial benchmarks of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 are not very impressive. According to the leaked Geekbench results, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 gave results similar to the highest result of the iPhone 16 powered by the A18 Bionic processor.
According to various reports, the iPhone 16 Pro has scored a single-core score of 3,400 and a multi-core score of 8,341 on Geekbench. Similarly, the iPhone 16 Pro Max has scored 3,386 and 8,306.
On the other hand, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4-powered Galaxy S25 Ultra has scored 3,069 single-core and 9,080 multi-core in the leaked results.
The RAM capacity is also expected to increase from 12GB in the current Galaxy S24 Ultra to 16GB in the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This is said to improve multitasking and Galaxy AI performance.
Talking about AI features, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is likely to add new AI features like the previous S24 lineup. However, no specific information is available yet.
In terms of battery life, the Galaxy S24 Ultra has been shown to last around 17 hours with a 5,000mAh battery. According to the report, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will also have the same capacity, i.e. a 5,000mAh battery. It is likely to maintain a 45W charging speed.
