Reddit appears to be back after a 4-hour hiatus

Social media platform Reddit experienced an outage this afternoon at around 12:20 PM PT (or possibly earlier), resulting in thousands of users being unable to access its website and app. Four hours later, it seems to be working again.

Reddit has confirmed that it has fixed the issue and is monitoring the results, according to its site Status page.
